No. Our cleaners arrive with professional products and equipment. If you prefer specific eco or fragrance-free products in your home, tell us on WhatsApp and we will use yours.
How long does a standard house clean take?
A two-bedroom flat is usually 3 to 4 hours, a family home 4 to 6 hours. Deep cleans take longer. We confirm timing with your quote.
Can I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. For recurring bookings we keep the same cleaner assigned to your home wherever possible so nothing has to be re-explained.
